AI Applied Advisory (AiAA)

We don’t replace your specialists. We install the framework so AI improves how your team works and talks — clearer inputs, tighter communication, outcomes you can buy.

Facts!

AI and the strategic re-appropriation of data

Survey of ~6,000 senior executives (USA, UK, Germany, Australia). 69% use AI — and nearly 9 in 10 report no impact on productivity or employment. Not because AI fails: the framework is missing. That is what we bring.

6,000 firms · USA · UK · Germany · Australia

  • 69% use AI (~4,140)

    • 89%: no impact (~3,685)
    • ~8–9%: positive impact (~350–370)
    • ~2–3%: negative impact (~83–124)
  • 31% do not use AI (~1,860)

Other findings from the paper

  • More than two thirds of executives use AI regularly — averaging only 1.5 hours per week.
  • Over the next 3 years they expect on average: productivity +1.4%, output +0.8%, employment −0.7% — while employees expect employment +0.5% (expectations gap).

Buy expertise, not time

Organizations full of experts still stall: people scattered across the value chain, brittle inputs, communication leaks. You do not buy industry specialty or open-ended days — you buy a framework that productivises how expertise and AI enter the chain.

The frame in 5 stages

  1. 1 · Intake

Turn a messy request into a framed mandate: outcome, owners, constraints, “good” in 30–90 days.

  2. 2 · Chain map

Where experts sit; where the value chain breaks (handoffs, weak inputs, silent assumptions).

  3. 3 · Harden inputs

How AI makes inputs/handoffs robust; what humans must still own — AI may / must not.

  4. 4 · Cadence (AI×PM)

Operating rhythm: reviews, status language, decision rights, communication paths.

  5. 5 · Exit pack

Close with named artifacts — maps, rules, cadence, examples — not open-ended time.

Packs

Entry

Readiness

1 day or 2 days

Stakeholder map, process questions, readiness score, recommendation Pilot / Wait / Wrong problem.

Deliverable: 1-page score + 90-day sketch + In/Out list.

Core mandate

Pilot — Operating Frame

30–90 days

Align → Activate (one slice) → Sprint → Train & report. You embed a fractional AI×PM / BA lead — not an invented C-level title.

Deliverable: exit pack (mandate, chain map, AI may/must-not, templates, cadence card, deck).

Maintenance

Maintenance

Monthly retainer after Pilot

Keep the installed frame running: sponsor review, activated slices, AI rules updates, ongoing enablement. We maintain the system — we do not replace your CISO or RA.

Deliverable: adoption scoreboard and frame continuity, not a timesheet.
